Terms of use
The terms this website is provided on, what it does and does not commit us to, and which document actually governs a project.
What this website is
This website is published by RN Civil Construction, LLC, 6025 S Quebec St, Englewood, CO 80111, as a description of the work we perform and the basis on which it is priced. Using it means accepting these terms.
This site is not a bid
Unit prices, spans, sequences, scopes and service areas published here are planning information for sizing a project. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, they are not a quotation, and they are not a bid.
A binding price is the one in a bid submitted against your bid documents, or in a written proposal issued to you for a defined scope of work. A project exists when that is accepted through a contract, subcontract, purchase order or notice to proceed. Where anything on this site and a bid, proposal or contract disagree, the contract document governs.
We may change published prices and information at any time without notice. Every published figure carries the date it was last reviewed.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Prices and durations depend on depth, groundwater, existing utilities, surface conditions, market conditions, weather and regulatory lead times, none of which a web page can know.
What you may do with this site
Read it, print it, and circulate it inside your organisation for the purpose of sizing, budgeting and approving work. The unit price page in particular is built to print, and it is meant to be taken to a board meeting.
You may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or present its content as somebody else’s. The text, the drawings and the arrangement of this site are ours.
No engineering advice
Nothing on this website is engineering advice, a design, a hydraulic analysis, a structural calculation, a bypass plan, or a determination that any particular approach is suitable for any particular facility. Those are engineered documents produced by licensed engineers for a specific project.
Descriptions here of testing regimes, excavation requirements, confined-space entry, permit obligations and construction sequencing are general and are written to help you scope work. They do not replace the current text of the governing standards and regulations, your own engineer, your discharge permit, or your own compliance obligations as the owner of a regulated facility.
Links
Where this site links elsewhere, that link is for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability in respect of work actually performed is governed by the contract or subcontract for that work, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Colorado and of the United States. Where work is performed under a public contract, that contract's own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions apply to the work.

The other policies
All seven are linked in the footer of every page on this site, and from the homepage as well.
Ask before the award, not after
Anything on this page that is unclear, or that your organisation needs in a different form — a certificate of insurance naming your project, the safety programme, a bid bond, W-9 or vendor-registration paperwork, or our SAM.gov registration details — is a telephone call away.
